We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00 IN THE U.S.

We will do our best to ship out quickly in 1 to 2 business days.  We will ship United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive tracking information when your items are shipped.  If you would like to have an item upgraded to expedited shipping please email rhona.ryan@aol.com or call us at (970) 596-1788 and we will let you know the different cost options.

 

~ Returns ~

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we are available if you have any questions about the sizing, measurements, material or any other inquiries you may have.  You may contact us at (970) 596-1788, email us at rhona.ryan@aol.com or message us on Facebook for any help you may need with your purchase.

Items may be returned for Refund or Store Credit based on the following:

~Returns must be in the original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free and stain free.

~Note: All footwear must be in its original box and placed inside another box for return.

~No returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

~Only regular priced items may be refunded, all SALE items are FINAL.

~All sales are FINAL after 10 days.

~All returns must be received within 10 days from the confirmed delivery date shown on your order's tracking number for a full refund. Should you return an item after 10 days from the confirmed delivery date, we will not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.

~We suggest adding tracking to your package, so you are able to verify delivery. You may ship your return via USPS, UPS or Fedex.

~We suggest you insure the item for the full value when shipping back as we are not responsible for lost items.

~Return and Exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

~Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

~It is at the discretion of Rockin Rhona's to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

~Exchanges: If you need a different size we will be happy to hold an item if it's in stock and we will mail it out as soon as we receive the item to be exchanged. 

~Please let us know right away, if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise.
